Meet Cathie

Over 18 years ago, Cathie started in real estate with Royal Lepage Gale Real Estate (then Albert Gale Real Estate Ltd.) and since her second year has placed in the top 5% of their agents.  She attributes her record to the independent and flexible nature of Royal Lepage Gale Real Estate which enhances her ability to develop innovative solutions for her clients.

Meet David

David came to the Lively Group approximately ten years ago.  Prior to becoming a real estate representative, David came from a very successful history in sales.  David and Cathie compliment each other with their unique personalities and approach to buying and selling real estate.

Meet Judith

Judy joined the Cathie Lively Group approximately six years ago.  Judy's personality compliments the Group very well with her caring nature.  She holds down the fort while Cathie and David assist people in fulfilling their real estate requirements.  Always courteous and helpful she goes the extra mile to make sure she answers clients' or the public's questions or refers questions out to David and Cathie that only they can answer in a timely fashion.
